Fisep is certified ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. The production processes are constantly monitored, even with the aid of thermal imaging cameras and sensors integrated into the moulds. The quality of the components in production is constantly monitored through specific checks.
Fisep has two 3D measuring machines (CMM), a 3D scanner, X-ray control systems with the possibility of performing tomographic analysis on the castings, spectrometers, hardness tester, roughness tester, profile projectors, poka-yoke tools, gauges and specific buffers.
R&D
Fisep is able to offer customers product feasibility analyzes starting from the RFQ phase, MAGMA simulations, prototyping activities, management of mold construction and auxiliary equipment with trusted external partners, co-design, project and product management.
